These Terms govern your use of ReverseVideoSearch.io. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2) What the Service does

ReverseVideoSearch.io is a tool that helps you extract still frames from your own videos and run reverse image searches. We do not publicly host user content. For paid automation, frames may be processed briefly on our backend to deliver the feature, then they are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

3) Eligibility

You must be at least 15 years old to use the Service, or older if your local law requires a higher age of consent for online services. You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

4) Your content and license to us

You retain all rights in content you submit. You grant us a limited, non exclusive, revocable and royalty free license to process your content solely to provide the Service to you. This license ends when processing is complete and any temporary copies are deleted according to the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you submit and for having a lawful basis to process any personal data that may appear in that content.

5) Prohibited use

You must not:

upload or process illegal content, including child sexual abuse material or non consensual intimate imagery
infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
attempt to bypass access controls or digital rights management
use the Service to harass, stalk or dox others
interfere with or disrupt the Service or our infrastructure
use the Service in violation of export control or sanctions laws

6) Accounts

Accounts are not available at launch. If accounts are introduced later you will need to provide basic information such as email to access paid features. Additional terms may apply at that time.

7) Paid features and payments

We may offer one off purchases, credits or subscriptions for paid automation. Prices, currency and any taxes or fees are shown at checkout before payment. Payments are handled by a third party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers. Your purchase is final once the processor confirms payment.

EU consumer withdrawal for digital services

If you are a consumer in the EU and the Service starts immediately after payment, you acknowledge that performance begins right away and you consent to the immediate supply of the digital service. You also acknowledge that you lose the 14 day withdrawal right once the service has fully performed. We will collect this explicit consent and acknowledgment during checkout.

Refunds

Because results of reverse searches can vary and depend on third party sources, we do not guarantee matches. If a paid automation fails due to a fault on our side we will, at our discretion, provide a refund or credit. Contact us at reversevideosearch@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and include your payment reference and a brief description of the issue. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law.

8) Third party services and links

The Service may facilitate access to third party search engines or websites. Those services are not under our control and have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third party content or services.

9) Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including temporary processing for paid automation and deletion timelines. By using the Service you agree to our Privacy Policy.

10) Service changes and availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time to improve performance, address security or comply with law. We aim to provide a reliable service but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

11) Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms, used the Service unlawfully or created risk for others or for us. If we terminate without cause for a prepaid period we will provide a prorated refund where applicable.

12) Intellectual property of the Service

We and our licensors own the Service, including all software, design and trademarks. Except for the limited rights to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

13) Disclaimers

The Service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. We do not warrant that results will be accurate, complete or available at all times.

14) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intentional misconduct.

15) Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of your local law. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts under Czech law.

16) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material we will provide notice on the site or by email when available at least 14 days before the new Terms take effect. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.
